When my family first moved to ashburn it was lovely. We road our bikes to the general store and spent our summers playing outside. I'm disgusted when I come home to visit and trees are replaced by yet another series of office buildings. Old Ashburn is the only part of town that has some remaining character. Revive those buildings instead of replacing them.

What ever happened to the BOS promise 10 yrs ago that there would be no more new development east of rt 15? This plan for old ashburn is beyond insane! Don't do it.

Old Ashburn needs to be preserved and not developed/destroyed more than it already has. Save the little amount of history left before all of it is gone.

This is possibly the worst development idea I've seen in Loudoun in my 33 years of living in Northern Va, 28 of which in Loudoun. We moved back to Loudoun from Reston after news broke that Reston National Golf Course was turning to high occupancy housing. Never did I imagine having to deal with a similar situation near our new home in Ashburn.
