I hate coming back to visit my hometown to see everything changed. It's like out with the old in with the new. It's ok to preserve some of it for future generations to see what it was like.

Please leave Ashburn alone. I lived there in the 80,s when the houses were sparse and lots of woods and open fields. Please have some decency and preserve what is left!

we have enough traffic and condensed area of homes. Let's try to preserve history and keep some open space.

Enough is enough... NO more No more... don't need anymore homes/Apt build around that area. They just build few brand new homes across the street and nobody is buying it. I hope it fail to sell. Leave this area alone. It's peaceful and quite.. don't ruin it. Save Old Ashburn there is a history all in that area.

I thought the builders were to stop after 2018 because the older homes are not selling and the new ones are the only ones selling. Very important to keep this part of Ashburn so our whole area doesn't look commercialized and it is the heart of Ashburn. I love that area, I love that the fire department has upgraded-it looks great and I used to dream of owning a couple of those houses and being able to paint it purple!

Please save what's left of the Ashburn we all knew and loved, it's the gem in the center of repetitive wealth and suburbia.

Removing the old blds to replace with new unsightly town homes to increase traffic on a two lane road is not what Ashburn needs. Charm and character is what will restore history to that part of Ashburn. Keep it quaint

I moved to Ashburn with my family 20+ years ago and remember loving the dirt roads and all of its southern charm. I moved away for a while (my parents remained) but recently moved back to raise my own family. Ashburn has changed so much! Some good, some bad. Please don't over develop this land and take away its charm. Old Ashburn is all we have left of what was...

There are enough houses! We do not need to build on every inch of available space. Save some of the green areas and history that has made this area great.
