We have to keep something called historical and for that d feeling that s why we moved 18 years ago away from the city and high buildings to live in suburb and inhale pure oxygen but they took all the trees down and now old historical houses . Enough is enough. We don t any new modern development here .

We do not need more houses/townhouses/apartment buildings. Leave what little character this town has left. Small business!

The quaintness of Old Ashburn is the charm that draws people to neighborhoods like this.

This would be the worst possible thing that could happen to Ashburn. Already the town feeling has been taken away. These buildings have a lot of meaning to so many!!!

Please leave Old Ashburn! One of the few things we have left in this area that mean a lot.

This should never happen. Already incredible that someone was permitted to put 4 houses at Hay Road and Ashburn Road.

Some things are sacrosanct. Ashburn Road can't handle the traffic and the WnO would disappear into an abyss.

It is bad enough that we now have a series of data centers throughout Ashburn..leave the apartments to another location in Loudoun County and please preserve some of the charm of old Ashburn!

We do not need any more housing. Keep this area as a downtown. There is so much potential . Give tax breaks to those who restore these buildings and bring business there. Put sidewalks in. There is history here!!! Keep it!!!
