This is also a public safety issue as the fire station needs to get on Ashburn road without hundreds of cars blocking the way

Please retain the few old buildings that remain in Old Ashburn. So little charm remains.

The development proposals run completely contrary to the original intent of the RC Zoning. Unfortunately our elected officials, although fully aware for some time of the RC Zoning density issue, are just addressing the loophole. If not addressed immediately, the inaction of our elected officials combined with an administrative process that lacks any impact assessment will leave us with clogged streets, overcrowded schools and reduced safety. Not only must the RC Zoning amendment be past but the overall development assessment and approval process must be strengthen to include complete community impact studies to include the ability of local roads to support added traffic, the school systems to support added students and impacts to fire and rescue to response times.

This is NOT an appropriate use of this space. Please do not ruin old Ashburn for thousands of area residents solely for the benefit of one or two developers!

In my opinion, completely ridiculous to think the roads could handle this dense of an addition to housing. Would pose problems, not only for commuters, but for users of the WOD Trail, school buses, and the fire department. Not to mention destroying the image of Old Ashburn

We are losing touch with our sense of community here. Old Ashburn should be spared from the obscene growth and development happening in Ashburn and Loudoun.

I live in Ashburn Station near the center of the development proposals. There is no way Ashburn and the infrastructure can survive. Do not let it continue.

It would be a real shame to see this area destoyed. You can never bring back history. There is no need for more homes right now.

Save our history. There's enough new construction in the area. We don't need it in "Old Ashburn."

The planned construction is in no way representative of Old Ashburn and will not set with the architecture in the area.
