As a citizen of the community I am happy to see revitalization, but not in the form of overcrowded housing. Ashburn has a culture and charisma that is crucial to the draw for businesses and families. Adding an additional 100 units to Ashburn road will create safety and traffic problems for kids playing in the neighborhoods and pedestrians of the W&OD trail.
