Ashburn road cannot support more traffic. It builds up every day with cars piled up at the intersection of Hay and Ashburn Rd. Please close the zoning loophole. It needs to be changed to match the existing zoning of the surrounding areas and keep what the city planners always envisioned for Ashburn: family homes with no more than 4 homes per acre.

Do any of our supervisors care about Ashburn Village? It seems to me all that that group wants to do is to destroy any beauty our area has by tearing down trees, putting up data centers and other ugly buildings, etc. STOP already! Give Eastern Loudoun and Ashburn a break! Develop Western Loudoun!

As a Realtor and neighbor I would like to see sustainable development. There is already a huge strain on Cedar Lane Elementary and Ashburn road just can't support all that traffic- it's only 1 lane in each direction. Forget about the disaster at Hay Rd and Ashburn Rd. I can't even imagine what more traffic will look like for our beautiful and once rural W&OD trail crossing at Carolina Brothers! This is too much too fast! Infrastructure is the most critical piece that has to be at the foundation of our counties growth. Say NO to maximum density and say YES to smart development that benefits Loudoun County for generations to come.

We believe the intersection of Hay Rd and Ashburn Rd can't handle the existing traffic, let alone accommodate approximately 200 additional vehicles. This will be quite dangerous to the families. In addition to increased noise levels, the unprepared growth will delay emergency vehicles and the bordering fire department from access to their destination, possibly endangering human lives needing help at dire times.
The schools nearby will be overcrowded and the bus stops will not be able to provide for the children living in the additional hundred plus living spaces.
We strongly object to any new development with occupancies higher than 4 homes per acre.

When is enough enough with Ashburn Development? this road can no way sustain that type of development. Keep something of the nostalgia of past times especially along the WO&D trail!!

Ashburn Rd. and Hay Rd. intersection is already hazardous-do not make it worse by adding more homes!!

Every square foot of Loudoun county doesn't need to be covered in houses. For the sake of the firehouse, pedestrians, and users of the W&OD trail, leave this area alone.
