Historical buildings can be erased in a single day, but it'll take decades, if not centuries, for buildings to become history. Without history, no roots. Without roots, no community!

The amount of traffic and congestion this would cause on Old Ashburn Road is absurd. It's nearly impossible to turn left onto Old Ashburn Road from Hay Road during peak times as it is. The infrastructure is simply NOT there.
