Yes, Deborah Ashman ! The townhouse on the corner looks so ridiculously out of place. And far as I know .. it's been there maybe a year and it's still for sale.. go figure !! Need to stop build building around in Loudoun.. it's getting overpopulated.. Don't destroy the nature of our Community.

Yes!! I agree 100% with Joanne McAlpine !! And I also agree 100 % with everyone's input on the Old Ashburn !!!! Ugly grey buildings everywhere... every corner. Geez. Enough is enough.

We don't need this area to be any more homogenized than it already is. Let's put some money into supporting the businesses there.

I approve this petition and sign accordingly to prevent further unnecessary sprawl from continuing in old town Ashburn proper. Enough already.

I do not approve of this project. We do not need more townhomes and condos especially in Old Ashburn. We should not destroy the historic part of Ashburn. That is what attracted many of us to the area. We need to restore it.

Do not let this happen. It would ruin Old Ashburn with to many people and to much traffic. There is simply not enough land for this project.

I live off Hay Road and I do not approve of this project. Four houses per acre is a sound judgement. Please Do Not let them build these townhomes/condos. The area cannot handle the increased traffic and would cause safety issues to cars and pedestrians. It would also cause problems for getting the fire trucks out quickly into the traffic. As it is now making a turn from Ashburn Road into Hay Road is very tight and requires patience to stay on the street and not in the gully. Please do not allow this to happen. Old Ashburn is an historic area, let's not destroy that bit of history.
