Terrible thing to happen after our Lockdown

This needs to be resolved ASAP! The appropriate permits must be pushed through council without delay to support a local business employing local residents.

Beautiful food and lovely atmosphere. Council and authorities should be ashamed.

Old rules and regulations must be updated... we need this wonderful restaurant to be fully open and able to operate without restrictions that are causing derailment and hobbling them.

Let a business operate….don’t close it down.

It would be devastating to see this winery forced to close their doors for good

Been a local for near 35yrs this little spot is just a delight. SYR you need to approve this.

Fabulous place. Instead of the council spending our money on new offices make the council support small businesses.

Ridiculous situation being allowed to exist

This is pure craziness. I understand rules but there should be a grace period after bringing the fact to the owners to allow them to get it sorted so they don’t lose anymore money especially after the last 2 years of lockdowns.

Such a lovely winery for groups. A 20 patron limit is absolutely ridiculous.

Dumb planning permits. Lacking common sense! Typical of councils.

This is my favourite place to eat in the Yarra Valley. My mother and I have been celebrating our birthdays here for years. So disappointed to hear this ☹️

How sad that the council are doing this. We pay them, so they should be looking after us locals.
