Why after 4 years, invoke something from 2001… if they were allowed to open 4 years ago, and you didn't realise, too bad Council. Your error not theirs and they should be allowed to continue as is. After the last 2 years hospitality have had, this is shameful

Unbelievable, Shire if Yarra Ranges ALOT has changed in 20 years. Why put restrictions on tourist facilities like this, especially after two years of Covid.? Please increase and let Oaks continue to be a viable business.

The council men need to realise you are employed by the community that pays their rates that pay your wages and are there to support not hinder the community and local business

This is insane that the Council can’t get this corrected quickly. They are being paid by locals to do their job properly. They need to start doing that by the sounds of it !!
