Fitnessgram Pacer Test

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multi-stage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20-meter Pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster every minute after you hear this signal: *music* A single lap should be completed every time you hear this sound: *music* The second time you fail to complete a lap, your test is over. The test will begin on the word "start". Ready? Set? Start. The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multi-stage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The is an agregious infringement on sportsmen and women throughout the state. It is hunting/fishing licenses that support conservation efforts in this state. Not to mention a loss of revenue to local business that hold these events. This is a lose, lose situation

This is a very short sighted approach. Really what's the purpose. We are training and testing dogs for what they were developed for. Before voting how about coming out and visiting one of our tests or training sessions

Write your Assembly representative - this bill infringes on my right to work my dogs to do what they are bred for. It must be quashed!

There is no reason for a ridiculous bill such as this. Our outdoor sports are constantly being infringed on.

I go to NY frequently to dog competitions and spend money locally when I'm there. If this bill passes, I'll have no reason to th o to NY.
