The state has bigger problems than us enjoying a fishing tournament with our families. Really losing faith in NY and the elected officials we have.

This bill is crazy! ANY outdoor events will only have licensed sportsman/hunters involved. We already have laws for that!

I love field trial competitions for dogs and would think this leaving the state could jeopardize our sport that is a no killing of any animals event. No real guns used. Please keep this in the tradition since the 1800s would be a shame to lose a sport of dog and nature with the loving owner to have a dog do its natural ability to show its actual ability. Please take every comment in the extream respect of concern.
