There is no need for someone who lives in the city of Manhattan to tell us how we should be living up here in Northren NY.

I do not support this bill.

this is a tradition and honor to have these out door tournaments and hunting, fishing whether it be with dogs or people ... dont take these rights away from us !!

The basis of this, and similar, bills is a confused animal rights philosophy. Most of these contests do not take wild life, as the game animals are raised and put out for the specific purpose of the event. Please do not approve the proposed law.

It's imperative that every Hunter, Fisher and outdoor enthusiast vote. Our way of life is under attack and we must stand together and fight back.

I oppose thos regulation

This is outrageous and I will not stand quietly if this passes this will take away the moments that I shared with my son and that I have shared with my family and friends things I was taught and events that have become traditional for my family you have no right to take this away for us you ask why people break some laws because you pass laws and judgment in areas you have experienc with we participate in these events under nys guidelines and bag limits that our intuitive dec employees work so hard to set and give us the best opportunity to feed our family and friends this is an out range they will take a little at a time and they are just following the head up Como you want this to stop and wanna keep our traditions replie safe acts unfair outdoors regulations and get some one in office that does not have a power trip and that will listen to the people that speaks to him or her he is a tyrant and it will never get better with him please sign this away sign him away live free be outdoors live outdoors

Please do not remove our rights for the few complaning squeky wheels that do not pay or donate anything toward yhe benefit of the states wildlife or wilderness. As we the sportsmen contribute the majority of funds needed to build and maintain hiking biking and bridal oaths for non hunters Without hunters and fishermen the DEC and Parks department would barrly be sble to gas there vehicles let alone keep iur natural resources in the outdoors thriving.

There is absolutely no reason to get rid of any of tournaments.

New York is leaving nothing to pass on to future generations. Anybody that would support this bill understands nothing about wildlife management, respect, tradition and/or values. Why not eliminate zoos, aquariums, circuses, dog shows and horseracing ?

This is absurd

Why are we allowing people who have no interest, experience, understanding or education in hunting, fishing or the outdoors to dictate how others should practice/behave/live. We need less restriction on law-abiding citizens who take part in these activities. The people who are responsible for these new laws and new restrictions need to use their time and energy in a more positive manner.

This is insane. People are crazy...

I am really hoping that this bill is not real. I myself do night hunt it fish, but O believe others should have the right to participate in a fishing Derby. The fact that a fishing Derby would be Asians the law is ridiculous. These ridiculous bills are causing people to leave NY

I am strongly opposed to bill A00722. Keep children in nature and enjoy the outdoors. Sporting competitions are within the game limits and rules of hunting. Field trials are an American Tradition. My boys grew up with Beagles and Field Trial competitions.

I hunt and fish with my husband and we love enjoying the nature around us!!!
