The excesdive building in Norwalk has me and my family frustrating. The property taxes have gone up without reason. Stop.the insanity.

Please stop the overwhelming construction here in Norwalk. The traffic is already terrible and it will be much worse if this continues. I am willing to move out of Norwalk. It's not the same anymore. Stop over construction.

A class action law suit should be considered against up zoning.

Yes. Amount of current zoning identifying locations should be condensed, but not at the expense of single family homeowners that have worked so hard to live in their neighborhoods. The projected goal of building 2 family homes with additional parking, will still have additional family parking on already crowded streets.

Conduct realistic traffic studies when roads are most in use; i.e., East Avenue in the SUMMER!

We came here for the open nature of the town..... OK, city. Norwalk is not Stamford. Density is already too high.

This re-zoning must be stopped. Norwalk can’t even rent out these “luxury” apartments popping up all over.

Has meeting bank requirements to get a mortgage been considered as well?

Our roads and infrastructure can not support the massive amount of additional residents the zoning changes bring about. We have to endure living here!

We (property owning citizens) face challenges now that our forefathers condemned. The fiat powers of government are clashing with the Constitutional Rights of property owning citizens. We should hang together or….hang.
