With all these new buildings that are supposed to be going up, Norwalk is so overgrown as it is, and putting these buildings up in small communities is just insane the traffic and trying to pack all these people into one spot is just crazy. Norwalk is turning into New York City.

Please make sure to take the time to do the proper studies and research. Norwalk is already behind on the needed infrastructure. We do not need to ruin some of the beautiful neighborhoods which make Norwalk a great place to live.

Norwalk was GREAT 5 years ago and before, now every year it’s just getting more sickening with how “our mayor” is selling it off to these big condo companies. Smh I’m from Norwalk and love Norwalk but if this keeps
Up Norwalk is pushing me out

I am concerned that this is not being done properly. The push seems to be a move to increase population density for the purpose of taxation, without regard to quality of life, ability to provide proper services, or traffic. We need more time to properly review and make the voices heard by the citizens and taxpayers, not consultants or city officials just interested in more tax dollars to spend.

There is a housing shortage in CT but it is a regional problem. Our surrounding towns need more affordable housing

this is WRONG in every aspect and a huge slap in the face to all property owners (not investor landlords) but actual Norwalk home owners who worked their tails off to be able to buy their houses... I am very against changing single family B homes to anything else....

I hate what's going on around the cemetery and under the railway bridge all the way to I95! Traffic and road congestion. Where is the quaint and quiet East Norwalk I moved to? Why aren't OUR Elected Officials listening to our concerns?
