Our community needs NBGC! This is a great place to learn golf and just a fun place to play. It has a very popular restaurant and sport's bar, great pro shop, multiple instructors on the range. We need the trees and green open space. We do not need more concrete, high density housing, traffic and stress on already limited resources! PLEASE, don't move forward with this project...please.

I have been playing there for 30 years! Now the new owners are really turning it around. The course is always packed and the new restaurant and bar is awesome!

I would support a public park or the golf course but a Wave pool is not needed in an area that could easily become congested with traffic.

This public course provides an accessible opportunity to learn and enjoy this sport. And why build a surf lagoon when some of the best surfing spots in the world are literally minutes away? This is a development that will make outdoor sports and green space more expensive with housing units tacked on to try to seem as if it’s solving a problem instead of creating more.

We need Newport Beach golf course. It's the best place to grow new players. All ages learn at Newport Beach golf course. Keep the land for Golf! The ocean is 3 miles away! And A water park is in Irvine. Build the surf park there! Make more sense to build it there!
