My family love that little course. That would be ridiculous to put in an artificial surfing spot.

The last thing we need is a wave pool and extra housing causing more traffic and congestion. This golf course has served this community well in the past and even better now with the current owners. They have done an amazing job maintaining and making the place better for our community.

We love this golf course and have gone here for years! Don’t take it away from us and what’s apart of our community that brings people together. This golf course has so many memories and is crucial to keep for its residence.

Enough is enough. The current crisis in CA is the homeless and building more homes in NB just to have them sit empty isn’t going to solve that. It’s time CA started focusing on actual issues and stop building unnecessary housing. Golf Course needs to stay. Greedy housing developers need to go away!!

A gem in Newport great prices friendly staff and the only course with lights for 30 minutes. Great place to practice and only turf / covered range around. We need it especially with the rainy season and the youth enthusiasm for next generations of golfers

This course is a staple in Orange County. No one wants more high density housing. It will ruin exactly what makes this area a wonderful place to live.
