We all love this village chemist. The make up. Perfume and loads of other goodies. I’m diabetic and I rely on my insulin. Netley chemist is walking distance from me. Please please save this chemist xxx

Please do not close Williams Chemist as I work in the care home right opposite the chemist it is very handy if a resident needs toiletries we can just go over to the chemist to get them or to take a resident out over there to get the toiletries. Also there is a lot of elderly people in the area.

It is so important to have our wonderful team at the chemist to give advise and help in so many ways there is nothing else here in Netley of such importance to out community.

Williams Chemist in Netley Abbey is an important business to the community. The staff are polite, funny,serious when they need to be and extremely helpful/knowledgeable! If this chemist closes it will potentially will cause significant problems for our elderly residents whom I often witness asking for advice... Cyril on numerous occasions has given me advice and when I was stuck in the USA after a major accident with no medication left he arranged for more to be sent to me. Not sure if staff at Blachthorn would be so helpful! This will be a huge loss to Netley if closes.

My sister spoke to a member of staff in netley chemist and they only found out themselves at the close of business last night and they too don't want it to shut she also was told that blackthorn and netley are own by the same person so one has to go I say blackthorn to go as netley one has been there for the test of time and stocks everything

Local services must be maintained. I blame the recent advertising by online pharmacy offered by NHS for a downturn in village use of William's Chemist.

They are Fantastic, helpful, quick and friendly which you don’t get in many pharmacies. They are part of the village and I hope they stay.

The chemist at the doctors can be so difficult to get to, due to the amount of traffic on Hamble Lane. There are a large amount of families and elderly women rely on the chemist in Netley.
