This team provides a visable sign that there is some law inforcement in our local area which I feel will put of a large number of petty crime in the area. They are a value to the community.

I am a Brent resident and object to the removal of any PCSOs or police resources for the borough of Brent. Brent has high crime levels and serious social problems that are well documented in police crime statistics and publicised by the counter terrorism team.
We seek reassurance that existing resources will not be removed from Brent including any reduction in the number of PCSOs and police officers. In addition I now formerly request that additional resources be allocated to this multi-cultural borough that has diverse and complex crime patters that require skilled community engagement and policing on the streets to protect what is a vulnerable community.

Do we have to wait for a crisis to realise the gross mistakes of cuts in public spending. The people making the decisions based on austerity policies are well off enough to cope with possible losses in services - but we are not!

You will lose years of local knowledge and the public will not see police on the street if you axe the 1017 PCSO who do all the engagement, build public confidence and most of know everything that is going on in the area!

To lose PCSOs would mean a loss of years of local knowledge. Community policing will die and all the fantastic links will be gone

PCSOs already substantially reduced the cost of policing in London and are key to identifying and averting crime before it happens to which there is no record or cost calculation. In addition they fill many of the gaps created through cuts to public services building relationships with the vulnerable, people with mental health living in the community, older residents who are not in enough need to access services, having local intelligence and trust with local young people to prevent clashes and steer them in the right path. There are formulas used by other government departments that calculate the cost savings and social benefits which I think should be applied. This will be a false economy and undo much of the work of the last 20 years making London a highly desirable global place to live, do business and visit. BORIS PLEASE GET SOME OTHER ADVISERS ON THIS MATTER

We need our police on our streets. How can one feel safe when they are all taken off the streets. It is sad to see how everything has changed over the years; when one use to feel safe now people are afraid to even speak to others in the street for fear of something happening to them. what a World we are living in, when everything is just focus on money and how much they can save, what value do you put on human life?

I work in a local leisire centre and some of the customers are less than disirable. The PCSO's have been absolutely invaluable when we have needed them. Please keep these guys doing what they're doing.
We need as much local policing as possible.
