Feeling secure is one of our most basic needs. Removing PCSOs reduces security.

Neighbourhood Policing was one of the best things to happen in London. If we loose our local PCSO crime will increase and we will loose a real community asset

Slicing off the neighbourhood police and PCSOs would be like cutting an artery, please rethink!

We need to keep the streetss safe not by cutting budgets but putting more boots on the ground. GGT . "Dare to Care"

I was a PCSO for 11 years with the MPS and during my time, the introduction of PCSOs had a significant impact in local communities. To cut all PCSOs would be a bad idea and local communities would be affected. PCSOs are a key figure for the MPS and are the main point of contact for the police with local communities.

We rely on neighbourhood policing in strand on the green to keep our community safe. The council has taken the irresponsible decision to house a convicted rapist just a street away from where we live. The proposal to cut neighbourhood PCSOs to save money is a false economy.

Our local riverside police & PCSO's in Chiswick are community minded/ focused and care about the crime levels. In particular our PCSO Paul Kingsmill is invested into making our neighbourhood safer! Stop this ridiculous threat to our community!!!! We don't want a faceless , nameless person policing our local streets. We need real people and PCSO's in particular who are contactable and present, as ours are. I'm so angered at the proposals and oppose strongly to them!!

Street crime in the area along with anti social behaviour will spike. I sincerely hope you reconsider.

Go and save money somewhere else and these vital services to continue giving support where it's needed

PCSOs are a excellent in keeping the communities safe. Our area has recently being target it by gangs stealing cars and breaking in home. Without their policing this type of crime would definitely increase more.

As increasing population we need more police on the street at present and in the future to protect the people .

The police have helped me an 80 year old widow when I was pickpocketed and made generally anxious. Please maintain our sense of security by continuing with this support. B levine

I started my Police career as a PCSO and I now work as a PC DWO and wouldn't want to be without my last remaining PCSO. We are the only link left with the Public and other organisations like the Council. Without community officers on the streets and proactive SNTs, I can only see the Police coming under more disapointment from the papers/public and our work as a service becoming harder. Save the SNT and PCSOs!

It's madness, keep PCSO's. They are the only offices you see on the streets. They have change communities for the better. Residents love seeing the police community support officers on the street. We feel comfortable in talking to the PCSO about issues we have regarding drug dealers and antisocial behaviour in our estates. What is this government doing taking them away from us

Elm Village is considered a nice out of the way place, therefore attracting the more unsavoury character who feels the properties are easy targets and drug dealers consider it a place they won't be easily disturbed. we need to increase our police surveillance in our area, not decrease it.
