By closing down facilities such as this, we will find ourselves spending a lot more on youngsters who suddenly find themselves with nowhere to go but a lot of time on their hands to get involved in things we don't want them to be doing. Getting kids back on track costs a lot more than keeping them on track!

This centre needs to stay open it is one of the few place's the young kids have a availble in the local area. There's not much else to do for the kids. This centre keeps the kids of the street, gives the kids a structure and encourages to strive to better things.

It's a vital part of the community, since I lived in home towel in the seventies and before then. I know so many people that have been put on the right path through this boxing club.
