Please don’t remove it, this place is so important to me and my family. Many memories was made here from prom pictures to wedding pictures. This is the place where we go to meditade and give our brains a slow down, its one of the most relaxing places.

Out in the river kayaking daily, a dam removal could drastically change that. Not to mention the beauty & serenity of the dam area.

This is probably the most beautiful iconic aspect of Natick. It would a shame to lose it.

The dam-Concrete Spill Over-contributes so much to the livelihood of the South Natick Center, attracting many locals throughout the day including runners, riders and pedestrians from surrounding area, helping the local shops and bringing the neighboring communities together. Its the dream of other communities to have such a natural amenity, so let's not ruin what we have that others envy to have!!!! There is always solutions to any problems, not just one but many which it does not leave any room for any excuse.

So Anne Geissler has created a GoFundMe that is raising money for her own nonprofit, under the guise of saving the dam? In addition, the only online presence for Natick Wildlife Care is a Facebook page that claims this organization only rehabs Grey Fox. But now they claim to be experts on river ecosystems. I'm very confused. Can someone explain all of this before more people donate their hard-earned money?

The dam attracts more people to it's banks than any other natural feature in Natick. Removing the Spillway will adversely affect the tranquility of the site. I strongly recommend that we keep the site as it was envisioned nearly a century ago.

I live up the street just over the Wellesley line just beyond Wellesley College. But the South Natick Dam is in my backyard too!
