Possibly without her even realizing it, Ms. Mac changed me as a person back in high school. The change was so profound that I find myself to this day using her words to me as a source of inspiration when I'm having a hard time seeing my own worth. She instilled a confidence in me that has truly helped me to soar both personally and professionally. Had she not pulled me aside that one day in class and helped me to see things from a different perspective, I'm not sure I would be the successful, more confident person I am today. How many teachers can say that about their students - current or past?

Easily my most favorite teacher I have ever had. She has taught me so many things and helped me improve as a adult. It was her genius mind to create a school group called volunteer sales club led by Patrick Calahan, her, and me. It was and hopefully is still a great club based on helping back to the community. Without Ms.Mac, it could easily be said that I would be a very different person to who I am today. I hope she can hear this because she means a lot to me in my years at Auburn. The best of hope to you Ms.Mac I hope you are well. Shawn Day

I was beyond excited to have Ms. Mac as an English teacher at Auburn High. It was a chance to have a real teacher who teaches the curriculum but also real life things. This needs to be corrected. This world is turning into people being afraid and sensitive of honesty and it's ridiculous. A little dose of "realness" never hurt anyone and it might do your kids some good.

She does not deserve this. She is one of most loving people in this school system. With her in the system she made sure no one felt left out or bullied. So why now are they bullying her?

Ms Mac is one of the best teachers I've met at Auburn High. Not only with her own students, but with the special needs students as well, she has been a smiling face and an inspiration to all. She is in my thoughts and prayers.

She doesn't deserve this kind of treatment. She tells you the truth straight and people get so damn butt hurt they think she's the bad guy. If you have a problem with her talk to her separately not make her look like the enemy.
