i really think that mr.phillips is an amazing leader and to see him and his wonderful family get pushed out of this community is truly upseting knowing that they are very loved. this will be a regretted decision and many will be upset. in the end, this is dr.hernandez’a decision but she clearly hasn’t been here long enough to know better!! #savemr.phillips. i do respect dr.hernandez but i very much respect mr.phillips

I understand there were some sort of issusss between Dr. Hernandez and Mr. Phillips before she arrived at breck. I don’t know the story behind it, but I don’t think it matters. If it’s one thing we’re taught at breck it’s how to be a mustang. Firing someone that has been a mustang for so long and forcing his family to leave is not only wrong, but it’s childish. Settle your conflict like grown ups and learn to work together, be mustangs. I’m telling you right now Dr. Hernandez, and I speak for every student, you don’t want to start your career off like this. #MessWithAStangYouGetTheStampede

Mr. Phillips is a highly valued member of the Breck community, and losing him would be a terrible loss. I don't think Dr. Hernandez should be making such a irrevocable decision that will deeply affect current and future Breck students when she's been here for less than a year.

I don’t see why his position needs to be eliminated in the “restructuring” of administration. No one is being let go except for him. The reasons for him being laid off are not valid. Save Mr. Phillips!

Transparency is important. I do not know what the circumstances are behind Mr. Phillips leaving; however, I sign this because I would like him to remain at Breck. I see his wife, Ainslie Phillips, and him at many events taking pictures, speaking to other Breck parents, and supporting Breck students. They present a friendly, welcoming face for Breck School.
