Mr phillips is for sure one of the greatest teachers at Breck. He is deeply involved in the community and makes a big impact on Breck. Of all people he should not be the one getting fired.

Mr. Phillips is an incredibly valuable member of the Breck community. He makes an effort to attend sports games, talk to students in the halls, and has really engaged with the Breck community in positive ways. The decision to get rid of him is a mistake and should be amended.

The Phillips family are one of the most supportive Breck families there is. As an alum this is sad to hear that a brand new headmaster is terminating Mr. Phillips contract. Don’t let the opinion of one kick out one loved by many.

Why Dr. Hernandez would fire a valuable member of the Breck community, during her first year nonetheless, genuinely confuses me. The role of head-of-school is to make Breck a better place, and this decision is doing anything, but that.

The entire Phillips family were some of the first people to make me feel welcome at Breck when I was new two years ago, and I think they're an important part of the community!

Mr. Phillips has been an outstanding member of the administration ever since he was hired in 2015. He is always visible in the halls talking to students and he goes to community events whenever he can make it. He is also a track coach and avid supporter of the cross-country team.

I just want to know from Mrs. Hernandez directly why she thinks this is better for Breck--there is no way that it will be, knowing what a positive entity Mr. Phillips is in the community.

this is why Breck disappointments me. One of my favorite teachers and his family is also one of my favorites.
