Mr.Gravell was definitely the best teacher that ever taught me. He puts so much effort into teaching. Hes very kind to everyone, hes funny, very nice person.

I have met this gentleman alot whilst with friends always has a warm welcome and very polite and respected by all that know him.

Because he's a beast teacher

He never taught me but he sorted a lot of problems with other in the family. I can't think of anyone who could be better to continue onwards with Maes y morfa. Removing him is removing a backbone of the school - crippling the smooth running of the school, and effectively, the community!

Fantastic teacher, a visible presence everyday when the kids are being picked up from school, so you can raise ant concerns. Big mistake not keeping him as head.

Rhys Gravelle has been fully committed to Morfa school and all of the children every day of his long career. He has taken on the role of acting head for the benefit of the children and staff alike and has done an excellent job in a tough situation. It's hard to understand how such a poor decision has been made. #MajorMistake

I think it is absolutely disgusting what they have done to mr gravel. There is no one better for the job than him. He taught my daughter and has an excellent way with the children. Rhys Gravel is so approachable and has time to listen to you if you have any worries within the school. He cares!!!! All the children and parents know him and have so much respect and appreciation for him. Rhys is a fantastic teacher and is the only one who can turn things round for the school. He has done a fantastic job as head and think he is the only one now for the job. To bring a stranger in as head would cause disruption to the children and could have an effect on their education as they get to know them. Keep Rhys Gravel as head!!!!!

Maes y Morfa has changed since Mr Gravell has become head. This has been a good change. Also Mr Gravell has experience and every morning and when the children come out to talk to the parents.

Awsome teacher.

Taught my daughters and is an excellent acting head. Definitely the best person for the job. Absolutely ridiculous that they have given it to someone else, especially an outsider. Mr Gravelle knows everything about the school, the children, the teachers and the parents and is highly respected and liked by everyone.

He believes in the school , he believes in the pupils and he gives his all for them!

Best teacher I ever had when I was in school!!

He taught me 15-20 years ago and deserved to be head teacher back then. there's no-one who deserves it more!
