20 yrs in the classroom .knows the children and their parents good enough to take over head and did a excellent job .but then they hv someone else to take the new post ov disgrace

Rhys has been a big part of this school for a very long time. He was there when I was in primary school. He has great relationships with his staff and is widely respected with parents. The children look up to him. He deserves the job as headmaster on merit really seeing as the school was going places with him as head. A real shame that the governors think it's better to have a stranger to the school as head rather than having Rhys.

He has always been an excellent teacher. He has taught five of my son's over the years. He deserves to be the headteacher permanently.

I was on the Board of governors when Mr Gravell join Morfa school. He taught my daughters and have all gone on to be successful. Instead of demoralising a wonderful teacher by saying he isn't good enough, wouldn't it be better to support him so he could grow into the wonderful headmaster I believe he could be.
