Mr Allen is a Hero To me and has helped me become the person i am today and you cant just let him go.. When ever you see him at school he will aproach you and say hi and wont be shy like most teachers.. Hes a great bball cocah and is a great man and this whole thing is BS #UNCAllDay #SaveHisJob

Mr. Allen is probably the nicest guy out there. He never fails to have a smile on his face I swear he brightens up my day every time I see him smiling, which is all the time. He absolutely does not deserve to be let go!

Mr. Allen is not just a great coach and a great teacher. He is one of the nicest men in the entire district. Letting him go is taking away an opportunity for future students to meet a man like him. He has impacted my life tremendously and I know the school won't be the same without this great man

Mr. Allen is an amazing person! He has a big heart and is always there for his students! He's a great teacher, coach, and friend! He deserves to keep his job and keep doing what he does because he is good at it!! I've known him for years and I can say he is one the kindest, supportive person I have ever met! Mr. Allen coached me in 8th grade basketball, which I was completley new to. he was patient, kind and always willing to take time to help me. He is truly an incredible man and deserves the best becausr that's what he wants fot everyone around him.

I've known Andy Allen as a teacher, coach, and friend. I first met Andy in sixth grade, twelve years ago. He is the type of teacher who cares beyond a single school year and keeps in touch. In my opinion he is an incredible asset to have as part of our community. He makes sure to give back to the community in any way he can. He is the type of guy that should be used as an example and a standard hold other teachers to.

So I know I don't have the brightests past with teachers at oyster river. But that was because I was selfish and thought everyone was unfair except a select few.... And honestly Mr. Allen was one of those few, he has always been nice to me and extremely funny. He's one of the happiest people I have ever met and laying him off would be one if the worst choices oyster river had ever made! I really hope you guys make the right decision and keep him part of your staff so that the school days will be brightened and everyone can remain happy.

Mr.Allen is one of the best teachers here at Oyster River and he worked closely with my sister. I would hate to see him let go after all he has done for Oyster River and the community.

I've known Mr Allen since he was my basketball coach in eigth grade, and never once have I seen him without a smile or a good humored joke. He has brightened my day countless times and to me, he is an integral part of the school. I hope he can continue working for his sake, and all of the student's that love him.
