Heritages are kept safe by great nations not eliminated...

we can not have a dental college in place of a historic landmark dedicated to one of the most important women in Pakistans' history! stop trying to iradicate women from our history!!!

As the generations pass history will be forgotten more and more. The books don’t tell the whole story. It is the places like these that create a whole new scenario in our minds. Show us a different culture a different view of the old life we could never have seen or felt from the books. If these are removed from the world not only will the future generations will be deprived of our real culture. Looking at these places not only are we reminded of our past but we imagine the type of people that have stepped foot on the ground of this palace. We can’t help but wonder how many stories have taken place here. For how many people this place may not only be a historic monument but a memory of a wonderful day or a wonderful past.

Mahota Palace is an iconic monument to Karachi’s past. It has been there forever and to get rid of it , Allah will never forgive you. I am 80+ years old and to me this is a great and iconic Landmark of Karachi. LEAVE IT ALONE. Stop being a corrupt money grabber and think of future Generations.

The government has no right to turn a this Palace which is a part of Pakistans heritage into a school. Instead schools should be made and this perhaps one of the few buildings still maintained should be a part of history taught and shown to students. Have respect for our country's history! Spend money in restoration on the beautiful buiolding which are falling to shambles all around us. We take pride in showing Mohatta Palace to others as our heritage, I refuse to give that up!

Please don't destroy our heritage if you want build a medical college build somewhere else.

Let it remain a museum, we hardly have enough in this large city.

First seen & herd it's name in music videos & advertisements, now I wanted to see in real life & visit there.

As a student of Adaptive Reuse, I strongly support the current function of the museum. Do not limit its visitors by just associating it with educational activities. If the government wants to do something, they can introduce some research-based spaces for the students, where they can come sit and work. Through this, we can not only increase its visitor's numbers but also bring it to international level.
