we have so little of our architectural heritage left in Karachi. Why are we so keen now to destroy this well maintained heritage building? Do we want it to end up like the wonderful gift Sir Jehangir Kothari gave to the people of Karachi, which in the interests of a controversial high rise tower, has been turned into an underpass?

It's an example of acting against constitution to interfere with the function of another branch of state.
Since when Courts have jurisdiction over the branch of government?
None of the ministry who are responsible for this property or name change comes under Judiciary.
