This is a rare historic building & community space positioned uniquely by the Arabian Sea. It showcases Pakistani Art & Culture in such fine surroundings how can it possibly be repurposed for the use of a medical college where it's interior will be remodeled and it's use limited to only students. Please build on another site and leave Mohatta Palace free to be visited by all.
