The EULA does more harm than it does good, and in reality, this EULA harms, not only the player's overall experience, but also Minecraft as a whole.
In layman's terms, the opportunity cost of this EULA is not worth the trade off's for Mojang at all.
Do not enforce this EULA.

minecraft is popular because of servers, and most of them pay to win, so now trying to stop it, is self destruct button, minecraft is already dying with the updates 1.8 and 1.9 all the players in my server are asking me to not update because they don't like the new versions, this doesn't look good, and now trying to enforce eula is gonna make it even worse, in a few years minecraft could be dead like all the other games.

There is plenty of market share for the ease of Realms, alot of us prefer the customization and flexibility of a privately hosted server, we've paid for your game, we should be able to play how we want. :)
