What an atrocity this is. Lower Millard Canyon is a beautiful riparian habitat to many incredible species of wildlife. Please save this land and leave it untouched.

I support more nature, more space and more life. This development will be devastating to my Brother and his wife who live there and all the other people who dwell there. Not to mention the wild life that will be adversely effected.

Impossible to believe that the zoning commission would let an ultra modern four level home be built blocking views and invading privacy and being out of keeping with the area.

I am greatly concerned that this construction would cause a safety problem for the entire Meadows neighborhood of 240 homes. There is no room to stage equipment, dumpsters, vehicles, workers, etc. on that very narrow blind curved road without creating safety problems for us living in the Meadows. Please don't put the Meadows residents in harms way, we only have one way in and out. This development would put us in great jeopardy.

Please prevent one family from destroying the beauty intended to be protected and shared by all. Money does not equal taste or good judgement and should not factor in to making this decision that would greatly disturb this environment and existing laws.

Building such a house will have long term, severe access impact into the Meadows which has no alternate access in an emergency. There are already completed houses in the Meadows area that are for sale. Even a remodel/rebuild of one of these would have less of an impact on the area
