The fire station should remain where it has been for many of years and in my eyes the perfect location too

Senseless moving to an area right by a school. Better access where it is now. What's the point of the increased cost?

leave our fire stations where they are, it is far safer to leave them where they can reach any fire in faster times, than out of town think sensible for a change

relocating is a danger to children and the public on the site of a school. the money can be better spent on a dedicated location more central to the town

Fire stations need to be sited in the best location to enable a fast response to calls in the community, a country road access shared with schools and other providers is not suitable.

They need an alternative road going past the cricket pitch over the river lark and exiting onto the Worlington road giving speedier access to the a11 & other area's.

Leave it where it is!
It's central to Mildenhall and the on-call firefighters who respond, moving it will mean firefighters have to battle traffic to get to the station and again to get to the call.

Moving the fire station is madness, the traffic on Queensway is bad enough now, and with no provision to be able to improve access to Sheldrick way leave it were it is.

This cannot be allowed to happen, i needed the firecrew many years ago when regular firefighters were on strike if it hadnt been for them i dont know what would have happened. I know i am not alone on this.

Traffic on Queensway is busy NOW. How will the police & others get on to it??How can non-drivers (the elderly) get there?? Too far to walk. May common sense prevail, PLEASE.
