Its time the council and councillors listened to what could affect the whole of Mildenhall should this go ahead,so many lives depend on this service,my sons did a while back, think we should all gather outside with boards displaying our concerns.

I've heard many convincing arguments in support of keeping the fire station at the present location and not one good reason for relocation. Why is no one listening to the strong case for the status quo?

Not a very well thought out proposal - the money could be put to better use.

The station shoud remain to ensure the safe keeping of the public. Relocation will increase critical response times which could result in loss of life.

The fire station works well where it is and in my opinion continue to work well out of a busy centre rather than amongst the chaos!

The site it's on is purpose build, we all know it's there, we are safe in knowing they can access main roads quicker. Listen to those who work there, they know!

We lost the cinema to a church. We do not need a another in town. The station is central to the town and surrounding villages. Keep it where it is.

As a recently retired firefighter having served at Bury and Mildenhall . It seems an absolute disgrace that sfrs management are just counting on what they can save instead of listening to people in the know and putting public saftey at risk!!!

Leave our Fire Station where it is; with easy access to everywhere. Moving it to the proposed site makes no sense and would cause major delays.

It's a ridiculous idea to put a Fire Station on an exit used by school busses and heavy school traffic .
There will be danger for locals and those waiting for the Fire Service will be delayed.
