They were there for us we should be there for them. It has been the normal practice for the OPP when taking over a municipal police force to take on all current employees ..... Constables and support staff a like. Through social media and newspapers we've all learned that that is not the case for the Midland Force, not every constable and support staff are being offered positions. I do not begin to question the competency of the OPP in their decisions, but I do feel they need to know our support is behind those constables. They have supported us in the community Through policing and community involvement. They've given more than their hours on duty to the Midland Community. Stepping Up for troubled teens, vulnerable residents, and charitable organizations.
