Save McConaghys Souvenir shop at the Giants Causeway

Great business and great family!

Love going into your wee shop when we visit the causeway. Hope it stays for a long time

This is a disgrace that the National Trust are doing this to a family who have had their shop at the Causeway for 70 years. We'll be cancelling our family membership.

Mc Conaghy's is part of our National History. This is a family business which should be treasured for many years to come!!

The giants causeway is all about history and by this shop closing it is taking the history away

The true heritage of the causeway is linked to this family. My late girlfriend Kathleen Dobbin loved her childhood around there and told me about the history and the people.

National Trust are simply trying to get rid of a private sector retail unit

Please rethink this decision; this shop adds credibility and real people to the causeway experience; commercialism is all well and good and your shop sells branded products pertaining to the experience that you charge for; however isn't it nice to have an authentic wee shop stitched into the history of the stones? You have survived without extra toilets for some time and surely the site is large enough to accommodate them else where
