The Goal: To Stop Elizabeth Lloy's bullying of the 13 year old boy. On the 24 of April Matthew Migliaco had a lawsuit petition filed against him, at the age of only 13 years. The lawsuit was filed by Elizabeth Lloyd on the grounds throwing a ball that "assaulted and battered" Lloyd and caused "severe, painful and permanent" injuries. A simple 13 year old little-league boy sued for $150,000 for missthrowing a ball to the catcher.
