The new bill introduced by the Maryland legislature would effectively kill Airsoft and possibly Paintball in the state of Maryland. The bill states that Airsoft guns (classified as imitation firearms) would be illegal to own, sell, resell, and transport. Any and all businesses associated with Airsoft or Paintball would cease to exist.
