This would be a huge loss to the community and have a very negative impact on the children and families involved

How is this in the best interest of the pre-school children who are mostly future pupils of Rose Hill Primary School ? It is of great concern if this is an indication of how much regard the school and its governors have for the children's well-being and progression. The early years are fundamental to the development of the children and a disruption such as this could severely impact on their confidence and smooth transition into primary education. Our Children are not a heard of farm animals to be moved around to make the best use of a farm yard! The service MCC provide to my son is outstanding. From day one he has been extremely happy there and he has a great bond with both the staff and children alike. The loss of my son's pre-school is going to have a serious impact on my family not to mention the staff at MCC who done an absolutely amazing job.

Marple Childcare are an outstanding childcare provider and I fully support this petition. I do not understand how this can come about in the middle of a school year causing so much disruption, primarily to the children in this setting.

I think this is a disgrace! What about working families that already have children at the school? They will now have to try and fit two school runs into an ready time restricted morning! I feel this will unnecessarily unsettle the young children at this nursery who are enjoying preschool and wrap around clubs! Spaces are often limited at such places so how are all these children going to find a suitable place in another local facility that offers the same standard of care and education?!

Why would they cancel such an essential service. This doesn't give this school any good reputation when the new head spites a charitable infants cause

Please save this outstanding facility. Closing it will have devastating and far-reaching effect on local families who use it.

It is extremely irresponsible of the headmaster of the school to do this to Marple Childcare. It is insensitive and uncaring of the consequences to the local families using their service. The families using the service will be put at risk as there is not an equivalent service available to the standard provided. Shame on you headmaster of the school. You are wsupposed to care about the welfare of children. Your action is callous and ruthless in the extreme

On site school childcare and wrap around care is an essential service for working families. Maybe families are now have two parents working. The family may gave older siblings at the school so.dropping at another venue is not a possibility. This is a thoughtless act from the Headteacher. My children do not attend this school but I empathise with the devastating effect this will have on families at Rose Hill.

Closing an outstanding setting is unbelievable surely it is of benefit to the school to keep it on site making transition to school much easier for children and staff

This is a joke!! Its bad enough to want to close you down, but to do it in april is just typical of a school that cares more about money than parents and children. Good luck, hope you get them to change their minds.
