Marina bay/ocean village is overcrowded now. Please think about the polution that all those extra places makes. There are no roads and no carparks. Marina bay can't take anymore cars people or apartments. Overcrowding will not improve anything....

The marina is just being eaten up by buildings. These proposed properties are not even fir the local community to purchase, even if they were not many would be able to affgoird the exorbitant prices we are sure they would be sold for. How can it be safe to build so close to a very busy runway? Before long there will be no Marina left, Ocewan Village justvseemns to be taking over. We already have a massive ship in place, that looks totally out of place . Why can OV not just be happy with extra moorings for the yachts, which is what you expect to see in a Marina, instead of filling it up with more houses that are of no benefit for the community.

It's good to see so many people signing but we need more! This online petition is on top of physical ones that are going round too, so far we have over 200 signatures in writing, so please share this online with friends and see if we can get even more names! Thanks
