I am horrified at how far this ( OV ) development has been increased from the orriginal plans. What used to be a vibrant marina on the Watergargens side is now dead. These developers will skim as much profit out of this as they can and then leave. This is our home, I bought here when Watergardens was first built and all I get now is noise, noise, noise. The independent security cannot control what goes on at the moment, with all these extra " luxury ?" rental apartments, where is the marina going to be in 10 years - filled in and redeveloped completely is my guess. PLEASE GO AWAY Ocean Village, You are not welcome !!

the government should be the renovation of the old town plenty of empty old properties up there. restoring these properies would also keep some original charactor to the place

Why? Not sure about the proposal. Buildings will be a fifth of a km away. yes - thats 200m!! Investment not needed. Its fine. I live and have a boat moored there. Of course it would spoil views - across to spain through the marina. Its not just about seeing boats… Investment for the rich few foreigners again. Maybe it would work - just like the Sunborn and I don't see that turning a profit...

Too many buildings in the area already. This is not about developing or improving the area but only about profit making. Keep Marina Bay as it is!!

Please don't let them take our lovely Marina away from us
this is not a required development. The developers justifications are specious.
This is supposed to be a marina not a housing estate, put the super yachts in the new Eastside development where there will be plenty of space
