Fingal county council are very short on intelligent thinking ,they have allowed Lidl build a huge supermarket in the middle of Portmarnock village so don't expect them to pay any attention to appeals on this project, you know Fingal with a population of some 280,000 people has no public swimming pool,intelligent thinking how are yeah,god help us.so fingal don't ruin the best green area in north Dublin with your ridiculous meddling

Malahide Castle is the first place I visit every time I'm 'home' in Malahide. It is a fantastic place for people of all ages. While there is nothing wrong with changes if they are really needed, the proposed changes are neither needed nor wanted.

I think Fingal have the perfect balance of Commercial enterprise on the Malahide Castle Demesne already. Another huge commercial venture will tip the balance too far.

Absolutely no to a car park and adventure centre in a community area that not only provides it's own natural adventures but also a key resource for families and the entire Malahide community as well as its visitors.

We have always walked these woods and fields whenever we visit Dublin along with my sons and their wives and our three grandchildren. Please reconsider this proposal as I know this area is so precious to the local people as well as visitors like myself and family. We live in Canada and understand about the importance of preserving local amenities given to local people for their enjoyment.
