I am from Malahide, visit frequently. Malahide Castle grounds already IS an adventure playground, a magical amenity for local children that was very much a focal point when I was growing up. My kids love it when we visit. There's no need to build what is suggested.

I'm from Ard-Na-Mara now living in Hoxton Square London. Don't destroy Malahide the way the British have destroyed most of England!!

Can't believe that any local authority would be so short-sighted. This would ruin a beautiful amenity.

This shouldn't be allowed. The castle was sold to Fingal county council so the the community could benefit from it without any cost.

Having looked at the plans, I cannot see how this project will benefit the local community.

I would like to inform you of my objection to the proposed development projects in Malahide Castle, the construction of Forest Adventure area in the woodlands and the construction of a extended Car and Coach Park on Bridgefield, described as a multi use surface. I ask Malahide Castle Demesne is deemed sacrosanct, and that you pledge to restrict any work in the castle to the repair and renovation to existing features.
