We have few enough trees in this country. Why knock them down. It is home to countless birds and mammals, insects plants and trees. Its an oasis in a traffic clogged city. It is our lungs. Leave it be. Build somewhere else.

Don't lay a finger on those woodlands, they've been there a lot longer than we have and should still be there well after we're gone!

The GAA is me life, the council has zero respect for those who look up to the likes of Diarmuid Connolly Bernard Brogan and Henry Shefflin. My daily routine is Eat-Have a Puck-Sleep-Repeat. If that council touches my beloved grass I'll bring down me Joe Canning Hurl and wack those pricks around. HTP yup Syls Division 1 is ours

I support this petition. The issues raised with regard to unbalancing the Eco structures and bringing further traffic should override any other arguments and the development refused.

Save our woodlands it should not be for sale this land should not be protected by the Irish government for future generations bring this to court if necessary. Don't be fooled promises are made and not kept for pitches and improvements. A recent example of this is turning the track at Belfield into a car park we do not need another car park. A new track was promised no sign of it five years later!

Our new generation has lost contact with nature. A vital resource for reducing anxiety and improving the mental health of our young. A artificial recreation area cannot substitute for the energy and vitality of contact with the earth and environment can provide. This is another example of health and safety being counter productive and no doubt to applease a profit greedy insurance industry with no interest in the well being of their community and society. Please sign this petition to safe guard our forests and natural recreation areas to provide the supportive development of our and future generation as our ancestors had benefited and recognised the importance of protecting.
