The parcel South of Malta Gardens might be a more suitable location. The neighborhood could probably benefit from the presence and perhaps we could get the dangerous stretch of route 9 between the round lake bypass circle and old stone break road circle reduced from its current 55 MPH.

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. THE HOMES ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. PLEASE PRESERVE THIS NATURE INFUSED AREA

Save the forest, put a barracks on Rt9, use commercially zoned vacant property that are eyesores to our town.

I’m against this proposal of building a police barracks on Dunning St

With all that surrounds the projected sight, it’s obvious why NOT to put the barracks there. No brainer.

If we keep cutting down the trees in Luther Forest, soon we will need to rename it just Luther. NY Unified Courts is moving to the old State Farm building…why not move there with them? Or over between the highway and Cumberland farm.

This seems super unsafe to all of families who use the path every day. Children, bicyclists, people walking their dogs, retirees taking strolls…this is not an appropriate place to have state police barracks.

Luther Forest surrounding area has been and should continue to be forever wild. This is not a safe, neighborhood plan and if any board member lived here, they never would have approved.

Removing every inch of green space, forests and fields, must stop! Use current vacant buildings.

Don't build the barracks in luther forest. Don't cut down luther forest. You've already put a plant there. Leave the damn forest alone! Just because there are trees there doesn't mean they need to be cut down.

Instead of a new building look at a spot that has buildings present.
