I feel that the location they are proposing is to close to the residential area and the Bike where Children are riding bikes and walking. What happened to Building the Barracks on the horse farm property like they had been saying for the past 20 years.

Please consider using the location near panerA in Malta. It’s been so fun down for many years!

A trooper barracks placed in a residential area will have a substantial negative impact on the neighborhood. The traffic impact should also be considered. Other options along Route 9 should be considered.

This planned monstrosity is going to be, literally, the backyard of the residents on May Apple. The barracks (at least twice the size of any house there) will be terrible ebough, with the 24/7 operation--but how about the construction itself, right out the back doors? It seems that the Malta officials who decided this actually gave the land away: it's not even as if, in return for the destruction of a woods, the residents would benefit from an infusion of cash into the town coffers. An audit of this sweetheart deal could prove very interesting.

First you added the roundabouts, which created an assaulting levels of engine noise from heavy trucks and motorcycles revving out of the circles...right in our backyards. Now you want to add a troopers barracks that is going to have alarmingly loud sirens right next door to our once peaceful homes. You are quite frankly out of your minds.

My husband and I have lived here in Luther Forest since March of 1988 and we do not want to see any increase in traffic, noise, or chaotic events in our quiet neighborhood. It should remain residential. Thank you.

Move the police station somewhere else, how about near the fire station or near a high crime area, not near a small residential area
