There has got to be a better solution. Park space is too precious to become a parking lot. Once it is gone it won't come back.

The impact on the residential community needs to be given a higher priority. Mercer Island residents should be given more consideration. Parking needs could be met by increasing the capacity at the present site.
Please use this funding opportunity to create long term extra parking nearer to the long term need. Downtown.
This is not a decision that is consistent with the needs and values of our community. In addition, the proposal doesn't resolve the issue.

I agree we need more parking, but not at the expense of Luther Burbank Park. Also, adding more parking should be for MI residents!
