I do not understand how people are making a problem about such a nice festival that only happens once a year and it is not like it goes up into the hours of the night so sad this can drive festivals like this away than what do you really have in London? Nothing

There are noiser things across London (trains) I live close to western fair and can sit out side and here all those festivities... and if I choose not to, I go inside.

Sun fest is my favourite festival and I attend with my kids to experience the diversity, music, different cultures food & we would be hear broken if was done!!!

The City Councillors should vote in favour of the benefit these festivals bring to the economy of our City or endure the wrath of the voters in the next election

As a resident of downtown london Im appauled by the city's lack of a backbone here.
Punishing the thousands and the culture and the tourism for the few that wimper a couple days of the year. The whiners are obviously not taking part in the culture of the city. They can move to exeter or some other small town. London isn't tiny anymore. We need to appeal to everyone and help our communities, culture and economy!

We visit the festival's in downtown London EVERY year. People need to realize the money and tourism these festivals bring into our city.
If you want to complain, raise complaints about the noise levels of modified vehicles with massive and modified mufflers that go by at all hours of the night .
Don't take away approximately 5 weekends of fun a summer.

I live down by Victoria Park and know some complaints are happening in the area because of functions that happen during the summer. I disagree with the complaints and look forward to the summer events. I realize the benefits to the local businesses and am tired of city hall trying to shut down anything productive for the city. They shut down plans for a building next to the park because of the effect to the area and park. Then they regulate the events to the point they risk losing them too. Wake up, London officials! You can't suck and blow at the same time! Keep London alive!

Keep the festival don't be greedy and ridiculous it's only for a very short time so those of you who live in the area buy yourself some earplugs and let people have fun together in a sense of community

We come to London every year from out of town for the downtown festivals. Culture, music and food should always be celebrated, not shut down!!
