This would mean a very long walk for children who live over the crossing to get to the local primary school.

If it's not broke, don't fix it....

Please rethink this - it would make access through & around the town much more difficult, inconvenient & dangerous.

Please do not remove the level crossing. It will cut off this part of Llandrindod Wells from the rest of the town

Ridiculous idea, this crossing is used 24/7. I myself use it atleast 4-5 times a week when I go out to jobs in the van as a quicker means to get into the heart of the town and onto the main road to go out to jobs, not to mention it's an easier way to get milk from hodges!

Another disaster for Llandrindod - how much more can it take.

My fish and chip shop is placed on Waterloo Road, if this crossing was to close my business would be in ruins. All of our customers access the shop from this crossing. It would be a disaster for my business and for the community as a whole.

I use it for pedestrian access to various locations at that end of town and would have to walk miles to go either of the other ways.

NO! It'll mean driving all the way down to the Dhole Road roundabout to go back up to Tesco and the cheap fuel! It'll also increase the traffic at the other end, by the railway bridge. NO, no, NO!

The crossing is in constant, safe use. To stop traffic crossing there will just cause problems on the other route to get you onto the main road.

This is an important crossing for a large number of people in Llandrindod Wells. We need to keep it.

I walk across this level crossing daily, it is my main route to town. As I sometimes use a mobility scooter I cannot use the other routes as they require going up over the bridge at the station (yes there's a ramp, but it's difficult to manouvre and I wouldn't want to be up there in high winds), or all the way over to the railway bridge by the entrance to Coop's carpark. Neither is acceptable.
